The vehicle cleaning division has its own team, trained in paintwork, plastics, textiles and leather, who know which product belongs on which surface. They plan the jobs, bring equipment and materials, and hand over every vehicle in person. Fleet customers have one fixed contact person who bundles dates and scope.

Condition check before we start
Before cleaning we walk around the vehicle, photograph existing scratches, dents and stains, and discuss with you what is realistically achievable. That leaves no open questions at collection.

The right product for each surface
Paint, plastic, Alcantara, leather and displays tolerate different cleaners. Our team works with matched products and separate cloths for interior, exterior and wheels, so no scratches or smears appear.

A checklist for every vehicle
Each detailing job follows a fixed checklist from headlining to spare wheel well. For fleets we tick off the work per number plate, so your fleet management keeps the overview.

Final check and handover
Before you get the key back, a second person checks paintwork, glass and interior in good light. Stone chips or worn wiper blades we notice are reported at handover.

Do you come to our company premises?
Yes, for company and fleet vehicles that is the norm. We simply need a suitable parking space and clarify in advance whether water and power are available and how we handle supply if they are not. Rota, scope and vehicle list are agreed with your fixed contact person, so your operations carry on undisturbed.
How long does a detailing job take?
That depends on vehicle size, how dirty it is and the scope you want. A thorough interior and exterior clean is done much faster than a full detail with upholstery cleaning and polishing, where drying times also have to be planned in. After a short description or photos we give you a realistic time frame.
Can every stain and smell be removed?
A great deal, but not everything. Fresh stains, nicotine film and most odours respond well to deep cleaning. Dye that has soaked in, burn holes or faded patches, on the other hand, are material damage. Before we start we tell you honestly what result you can expect.
Is detailing worthwhile before a lease return?
In many cases yes, because a clean, well-kept vehicle makes a better overall impression at the inspection, and superficial marks can often be polished out. Damage such as dents or deep scratches cannot be fixed by detailing. We take a look at the vehicle and advise you openly.
