The Painting & Decorating division of Facility Masters GmbH paints, wallpapers, varnishes and remediates for private households, businesses, property managers and public or industrial clients. From a single room to an entire building, you get even surfaces, crisp edges and a process you can rely on.
This work is handled by a dedicated expert team that deals exclusively with paint, plaster, wallpaper and varnish. The team advises you on colours, prepares the surfaces, carries out all the work itself and hands over the rooms swept clean. Masking before the first stroke
Floors, furniture, windows, switches and sockets are carefully covered and taped. Paint and dust end up only where they belong, and your furnishings stay protected throughout the job.
Substrate check by checklist
Before we start, we check load-bearing capacity, moisture and old coatings against a fixed checklist. This shows which preparation is needed, and you know beforehand what will be done.
Crisp edges, even surfaces
Transitions to ceilings, frames and skirting boards are taped and cut in precisely. We inspect surfaces under raking light for lap marks and missed spots before reporting them finished.
Documented handover
When the work is done, we walk through the rooms with you. The shades and materials used are recorded in writing so later touch-ups can match the original colour.

Do I have to clear the rooms before painting starts?
No, completely emptying the rooms is usually not necessary. It helps if you put small and fragile items away. We move larger furniture to the middle of the room and cover it carefully. During the site visit we discuss what makes sense in your case and who takes care of which preparation.
Can you paint offices or practices while business continues?
Yes. We coordinate the work with you so that your operations are disturbed as little as possible, for example section by section or at times with few visitors. Work areas are clearly cordoned off and covered. Which paints suit rooms in use is something we clarify during the consultation.
What happens if the substrate is in poor condition?
Then preparation becomes part of the job. We remove loose old coatings, fill cracks, level out uneven areas and prime absorbent surfaces. We check the condition before preparing the quote, so the necessary steps are planned from the start and you know the scope of the work.
Do you handle renovations for property managers between tenancies?
Yes. For property managers we renovate flats and commercial units between two tenancies. We agree the scope with you, coordinate access to the property and document the result with photos. That gives you a clear basis for handing the unit over to the next tenant.
