Our electrical division installs, modernises and maintains electrical systems in new and existing buildings. A dedicated expert team plans, delivers and hands over a tested, documented installation.
An electrical system has one main job: to work safely and reliably, today and in the years ahead. Facility Masters carries out electrical work for private households, businesses, property managers and public clients in Essen, the Ruhr area and nationwide. From a single socket to modernising an old building or a complete new-build installation, we plan ahead so your system can cope with future demands.
Electrical work is one of our 12 specialised divisions and has its own expert team of qualified electricians. That team plans your installation, carries out all the work itself and hands it over tested and documented. You have one contact person who coordinates appointments and answers technical questions in plain language.
Our quality signature
Every installation is measured and tested before it goes into service. You receive a test report, so you know your system operates safely and has been installed properly.
Circuits are labelled clearly and changes are entered in the records. You and any electrician who follows can find your way around the distribution board without a long search.
We cover floors and furniture, work with dust extraction and close chases neatly. Once the job is done we leave the rooms swept clean and take all waste away.
One person accompanies your project from the site visit to handover, coordinates dates with other trades and remains available afterwards for questions and extensions.

A socket is missing behind the desk or the new cooker needs a connection. We add, move and replace sockets and switches, cleanly and with a tested result.

A smart home takes routine tasks off your hands and saves energy. We advise independently of any manufacturer, install the technology and set it up so it simply works day to day.
06Reliably connected
Wi-Fi alone is not enough in many buildings. We install structured data cabling that connects offices, home offices and living spaces reliably and at full speed.
07Safety with a system
Electrical installations age without anyone noticing. We test installations and equipment regularly, document the results and fix defects before they turn into outages or hazards.
08Cause found, fault fixed
If a breaker keeps tripping or a room has no power, there is a cause behind it. We find it systematically and repair it so the fault does not come back.

Yes. Whether it is an extra socket, a new light fitting or the complete installation of a building, we treat every job with the same care. Describe your project to us and we will tell you openly what effort to expect and how we would go about it.
Not necessarily. We inspect the existing system, check its condition and protection, and recommend what is necessary for safety and what makes sense beyond that. Modernisation can often be carried out in stages, for example room by room or as part of a renovation.
