One schedule for all trades
Before work begins you receive a plan showing which team works when and which decisions are needed by which point. We discuss changes with you before we carry them out.
Dust barriers and protected routes
Dust doors, taped transitions and covered stairwells keep the dirt where the work is. In occupied properties and apartment buildings in particular, that matters greatly to neighbours and management.
Waterproofing with photo record
In a bathroom, what counts is what you can no longer see later. We photograph waterproofing, pipe routes and falls before tiling and add the pictures to your documents.
Joint sign-off with a record
Finally we walk through all rooms with you, test functions from taps to light switches and note remaining items in writing. Only then is the project complete for us.

Can I stay in the flat during the renovation?
With partial renovations, usually yes. We work room by room, seal areas off against dust and make sure the kitchen and one bathroom stay usable wherever possible. For a full renovation, or when the only bathroom is being refurbished, moving out for a while is often more comfortable. We discuss this openly at the inspection.
How long does a bathroom refurbishment take?
That depends on the size, the condition of the pipework and the fittings you choose. Drying times for screed, waterproofing and grout cannot be shortened at will, and neither can delivery times for certain sanitaryware. After the inspection you receive a realistic schedule showing the individual steps.
Do I have to hire individual tradespeople myself?
No. We cover plumbing, electrics, tiling, painting, drywall and flooring with our own divisions. You place one order, have one contact person and get one sign-off. If you already have a firm for a particular trade, we integrate it into the schedule by arrangement.
How does the quotation process work?
After your enquiry we arrange an inspection, record dimensions and the existing condition, and talk through wishes, materials and constraints. From that we prepare a free, non-binding quote that describes the services per trade in plain terms. You can see what is included and decide at your leisure.
