Our drywall division has its own team of experienced installers and finishers who do nothing but this work. They plan the wall build-up, order the material, install, fill and hand over the surfaces themselves. Suspended ceilings
A suspended ceiling hides cables, improves acoustics and frames the lighting. Our drywall team installs smooth plasterboard ceilings and grid ceilings with precision.

Plasterboard filling and sanding
Filling is what turns boards into a wall. Our drywall team fills joints, screws and corners to the finish level your final surface needs.

How you recognise our work
Survey before the first profile
Before installation we measure on site, clarify wall build-up, door openings and cable routes, and put it all in writing. Quantities, junctions and heights are right before the first cut.
Protected floors, tidy site
We cover floors, stairwells and fitted furniture and sand with dust extraction. Offcuts and packaging leave the site every day, so occupied rooms stay usable throughout the work.
Agreed surface quality
We agree the finish level with you in advance and check it under raking light before handover. That avoids disputes with the painter and surprises after the first coat.
Documented sign-off
At the end we check every surface with you against a checklist. Wall build-ups, access panel positions and open points are documented with photos for later trades.

Can we keep working or living on site during the drywall work?
In most cases, yes. We separate the work area with dust barriers, protect walkways and, by arrangement, schedule noisy work for times that disturb your business or daily life as little as possible. During the inspection we discuss which rooms will be out of use for a while and how the schedule fits around that.
Which finish level do I need for the filling?
That depends on the final surface. A basic fill is enough under tiles, a medium level is usual for textured wallpaper or matt paint, and for smooth walls under raking light or gloss paint we recommend the highest level. We advise you on site and state the agreed level in the quote.
Do you also handle electrical, painting or flooring work afterwards?
Yes. Facility Masters has twelve specialised divisions, each with its own team. If cables need to be laid, walls painted or floors fitted once the drywall is up, your contact person coordinates the colleagues from the other divisions. You do not have to find further contractors or align their schedules yourself.
How is the quote for my drywall project prepared?
You describe your project to us, ideally with a floor plan or photos. For larger or less straightforward projects we come for an inspection, take measurements and discuss the design and any sound or fire protection requirements. You then receive a free, non-binding quote with clearly described services.
