How do I get a quote for my property?
Tell us briefly about your property and what you need. If you wish, we then walk through the premises with you, clarify frequency, times and special requirements, and prepare a free, non-binding quote with a clear specification that you can review at your leisure.
Can cleaning take place outside our business hours?
Yes. Many clients prefer cleaning early in the morning, in the evening or at the weekend, while others choose daytime cleaning during operations. We schedule our visits around your routine and settle keys, access and alarm systems together with you before the first visit.
Will the same cleaners come every time?
We rely on fixed teams for each property, because familiarity with the rooms noticeably improves quality. During holidays or illness the site manager arranges a briefed replacement, so your cleaning takes place as agreed and you do not have to organise anything.
Who provides cleaning agents and equipment?
As a rule we bring our own cleaning agents, machines and textiles and, where possible, store them in a small room on site. If you have special requirements, for instance certain products or delicate surfaces, we take them into account at the planning stage.
