Before the first shift we set out in writing which duties, checkpoints and reporting lines apply to your site. Every officer is briefed on them before going on duty.

How is a security assignment planned?
First we discuss your site, the risks and your expectations, with a walk-through on site if you wish. This results in a security concept with post orders and a staffing plan. On that basis you receive a free, non-binding quote that you can review at your leisure.
Do you take on short-notice or one-off assignments?
Yes, we handle long-term guarding as well as one-off assignments such as an event or a fire watch. How quickly we can start depends on the scope and on staff planning. Contact us as early as possible and we will work out the options together.
How do I find out what happened during a shift?
All patrols and incidents are documented. You receive the reports in the agreed format, and in the case of notable events a direct message goes to the person you have named. That way you keep track even when you are not on site yourself.
Can security be combined with other services?
Yes. Because Facility Masters brings 12 specialised divisions together under one roof, reception services, building cleaning and winter services combine well. Each division works with its own expert team, while you still need only one contact person for coordination.
