Security services in Berlin
A capital city means a crowded events calendar, major building sites and office blocks with many tenants. Our Berlin team plans protection and reception for properties in the city and in surrounding Brandenburg.

What matters in Berlin
Berlin is growing, and so are the building sites in Mitte, Friedrichshain and along the Spree, where materials lie in the open for long periods. Retailers in the shopping areas of the City West and around Alexanderplatz deal with shoplifting and questions of house rules. Multi-tenant office buildings need a reception that reliably matches visitors to companies. Then there are conferences, fairs and festivals for which organisers must present a security concept. Outside the city, near Schönefeld, Großbeeren and Ludwigsfelde, lie extensive logistics and commercial estates that are almost deserted at night and therefore call for regular checks.
Assignments in Berlin and Brandenburg are the responsibility of our regional team, scheduled from the head office in Essen. The security team inspects your premises, assesses the risks and drafts the post orders for your officers. From the first enquiry through to day-to-day operation, the same contact person remains in charge. During the walk-through we clarify approaches, house rules, reporting lines and cooperation with the property manager or site management. After that you receive a non-binding quote at no cost.
Focus areas
Typical jobs in Berlin
Major inner-city building sites
Tight plots shared by several contractors need clear access rules. We control gates, keep visitor and delivery lists and patrol the grounds outside working hours along defined checkpoints.
Reception for multiple tenants
In Berlin office buildings many companies often share one entrance. Our reception staff announce guests, issue passes and know the contacts on every single floor.
Retail in the shopping districts
For shops in the City West or at Alexanderplatz we provide officers who are visibly present, enforce house rules calmly and document incidents so that you can follow them up.
Logistics estates outside the city
Commercial estates in Brandenburg are empty at night. We plan mobile patrols at varying times, check gates, fences and loading ramps, and inform you of anything unusual after each round.

FAQ
Frequent questions from Berlin
Your question is not listed? Call us or send us a message – we answer personally.
What should event organisers in Berlin know about security staff?
For larger events the approving authority often requires a security concept covering admission, crowd guidance and steward numbers. The conditions for your festival or conference are stated in the permit from the responsible borough office. Pass these documents to us early and we align staffing, positions and briefing with them.
Do you also secure locations in Brandenburg?
Our Berlin team covers the whole of Brandenburg. Logistics halls on the southern Berlin ring, building sites in Potsdam or commercial estates in Oranienburg and Bernau are included in mobile patrols or staffed with permanent officers. Location, risk and your operations decide, and we record all three together during a site visit.
How does site guarding work on tight Berlin plots?
Inner-city sites border directly on pavements and neighbouring houses. Together with site management we check fencing, lighting and scaffold access, because scaffolding often opens a way into occupied floors. Patrol rounds, key control and reporting lines are set down in writing so that police and client are informed without detours in an emergency.
